I'm Maxine and I am a newborn photographer. Newborns are my favourite subjects to photograph. I feel honoured to have each and every opportunity to document the astonishing new lives. There is nothing more joyful than those photos of a new baby. Those photos are the ones you will always come back to look at along your babies journey. They are the only tangible link to your memory that you will cherish for a life time and probably will be passed done through your family’s generations. 

 

As a mother of two gorgeous children, I appreciate the importance of capturing life’s little details and I have a great passion for documenting life and love through photography. Creating a relaxed environment in my home studio, allows me to capture your natural expressions and personality.

I live and breathe Newborn Photography. In comparison to other types of photography, Newborn Photography has many specific requirements and requires a different mind set and skill set. I work very hard both during and after your photoshoot to ensure you receive amazing images of the highest quality.

The Newborn Photography industry is currently unregulated. This means that their is NO Specific Qualification that a photographer must obtain before they can start offering their services. But you can have peace of mind that your baby is safe in my hands, as a qualified Newborn Photographer. ANP Certified Photographer.  This course includes 20 subjects pertaining to birth, newborn health and safety and workplace health and safety.

My boutique home studio is located in our residential home in Mooikloof Equestrian Estate, Pretoria East. It’s cute and cosy, and perfect for babies. I want you to feel welcome here, so come and put your feet up and read a magazine, while I photograph your baby.

It is such a great honour to meet and photograph beautiful little Newborns in their first few days of life. Nothing fills my “Photography-heart” more than delivering beautiful products to our clients, and of course, little Newborn cuddles.
