About your Cake Smash session
What a fun, spectacular way to celebrate your baby’s first trip around the sun!

First up we have the a few pictures with family and then baby alone! This time generally lets baby settle into the new environment and get more relaxed. This is when I bring out the cake. The cake smash is set up indoors and will take about 15-20 mins to photograph.
Don’t be alarmed if your child doesn’t want to touch the cake. Most of the time we help them ‘smash’ the cake,
as most children do not like the texture on their hands.
Then comes the Splash!
Once the cake smash session has completed, we continue with Splash – a warm bath so you take home a clean, fresh baby!
If your baby hasn’t really enjoyed the cake smash, they usually really love this part of the session! We add organic bubble bath and yellow rubber duckies to complete the picture.
There’s nothing like professional photographs of your baby’s fresh, clean skin, bath bubbles and squishy arm-rolls.

This session is not suitable for children with food aversions. If you are considering a cake smash session, it’s always a good idea to see how they will go with the taste and texture of a cupcake prior.
